If nothing else, this game will help prepare us for the more difficult schedule ahead. We have been complaining for years about the cupcake schedule in the OVC. This season that complaint is not valid. We have the toughest schedule we have ever had, and I don't think it is close. 2 FBS teams and the defending national champion on the schedule, and 2 other teams in the top 25... and several others who could be by season's end. Tough schedule or not doesn’t excuse the terrible execution from coaches and players.

It has definitely prepared us. Because it's put all curiosity to rest on whether we would be at all relevant this season.

It wasn't the yardage tonight, it was the timing of them.

It was more than penalties. I'd say an ineffectual offense and a defense that offers a 10yrd cushion on each play. Uabs poor play kept us in the 1st quarter. To huge dropped passes and a fumble. The score should have been 14 -0 in the 1st quarter.

If we went 0-11 knowing we played our asses off and our coaches coached their asses off the I’m good! This isn’t it. Grass is a joke and the 100yr tenure of Ogle doesn’t happen anywhere else, other than JSU. Cooper constantly throwing behind the receivers, no running game, and OL issues; blah, blah, blah…. Screw this! We were unprepared to start. Stewart coaching the D has no complaints from me. They did their job except for the pass D. Same shit different year folks…. Grill me if you want.

Over and over again. Season after season.

If we fail to score, it will be the first shutout loss since Florida in 2012.

A 5-yard false start on 3rd and 1 from your own 15 is much worse than on 1st and 10 from midfield.

If it'll get rid of grass I'd concede the season. Just to have hope again rather than this cynical feeling I have now ever I time I think of Gamecock football.

Love him or hate him, we would have had a win in Frisco by now had we kept him. I am really surprised he is still at UAB... bordering on shocked given the unproven garbage coaches that big-time programs have hired in recent years.
