Former ECU WR Theodore "TJ" Lockley (6-0, 181, Daytona Beach, Fla./Mainland HS/East Carolina Univ.) is taking an official visit to JSU this weekend.
Lockley was a 2021 signee for the Pirates. He redshirted last season, giving him four full years of eligibility.
Coming out of high school, he was ranked 3-stars by 247Sports and ESPN, and 2-stars by Rivals. He's certainly got wheels, with an unverified time of 4.4 in the 40.
He played QB in high school, and was listed as an ATH by most scouting services. It's possible he's considering JSU for the opportunity to try out at QB. Here's his NSD bio from ECU:
