I thought the playcalling (particularly in the redzone) was pretty mediocre truth be told.
No idea why we didn't try to score at the end of the first half. They had NO answer for the run game and we continued to throw and it killed multiple drives.
We are lucky the defense held because that was an easily chokable game considering Ogle gets so damn pass happy in the red zone. Field goals instead of touchdowns is a good way to lose games.

I’ll agree we are way too pass happy when we clearly have a run game going. Then again we always have been IMO. We owned them on TOP. Only FCS team to best an FBS team this season. I’ll take it.

We threw 25 passes, 17 after Webb took over. There were ten passes in the second half, none on the last drive for the clinching field goal. We held the ball for 42:16.

I would say we have had a successful Fall campaign. We do need to work on the red zone offense, but overall I like the improvements in sustaining drives.

That was a brilliant game. Just held onto the ball and ran the clock all the way out. Nothing to complain about. I think we go deep into the playoffs.

I'm pretty sure fiu is simply terrible. I'm still not sure what will happen in the regular season. I sure hope this Feb football doesn't catch on.

We are 3-1 and would have beaten FSU if their depth didn't get to us. This is a much improved team over last year.
I don't think I will be able to go to any of these Sunday games unless my wife gets to change her work shift.

I agree that we are improved, but I am surprised to see us playing down to our opponent and win. We did that last season and lost. We were the better team in all 3 games we won, and should have won by larger margins... but we did win. That is a change!

Before, we HAD to score touchdowns. Now, field goals are also an option. Baby steps.
