"soccer" => "Cool. The size of a soccer field costs you the intimacy of an American football-only stadium, but I guess this is a necessary sacrifice if you don't want a separate field."
"10,000 capacity" => "Ummm... don't ya think you should at least aim for 15K? Maybe 18K?"
"baseball" => "C'mon, Lions. You can't be serious..."

Unless there is a rabid soccer fan base in Florence, I don’t see the appeal of playing in a 10,000 seat stadium.
