I would love Bham. Its a win / win situation. The Bowl is helping a state school, the school has less travel expense, the facilities are nice, JSU get much needed attention / media coverage in the Bham market in which they can promote there university. Birmingham has the second least payout, historically. |

Interesting. Good matchup for us. I keep seeing New Orleans the closer we get to Sunday, but while it would be fun for some, I'd rather it be closer to give more fans the opportunity to go to the first bowl game. |

New Orleans is not a bad trip at all. Less than 6 hours drive for most of us. Also easy to get Southwest flights from BHAM for about $400 RT. |

I've looked at about 10 Bowl Prediction articles and at most 2 of them agree on our destination and opponent (Ark. St. vs. JSU on Dec. 16th). 4 more sleeps 'till Sunday... |
