CUSA tie-ins are as follows: - Bahamas Bowl vs MAC - Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl vs American Athletic Conference - New Mexico Bowl vs Mountain West - R&L Carriers New Orleans Bowl vs Sun Belt So do these four have to be filled by CUSA before any of the others become available? Because there's only 4 teams in CUSA going to a bowl anyway. I'd think in that case, Liberty would get the Armed Forces Bowl, NMSU would get the NM Bowl, Western Kentucky would get the Bahamas Bowl against the MAC, and we would get the NOLA Bowl, no?

If Liberty is the highest ranked G5, Then do they not go to one of the second four?

No, the highest ranked G5 school goes to a NY6 bowl. We need Liberty to soundly defeat NM State and SMU to beat Tulane and that should seal it. I'm unsure what the conference payout would be, but that would be a nice win for the CUSA reputation.
