It appears that they are about to begin renovating the visitor's side/North side!

I'm confused because whatever they do to the area that's closed, won't they want to do the same for the area that's not going to be closed? I'm just curious how that will work

"Expected" closure through 8/19/24. Have a feeling it'll go longer.

Especially since it appears that they are only going to be working on 1/2 of the side at a time unless I am seeing it wrong

I'm sure the restricted area line will move around between now and Aug. 19th, this is just a starting point. I'm sure they also want it to be the least intrusive during the active school year.

It looks to me like they are possibly doing something requiring the roadway to be torn up. Maybe underground utilities. This closure on one side allows for access to that parking lot to the north still. The western side may not require the roadway to be torn up, or it may not be stadium renovation related - just utility issues.

I came here to post the last two comments. LOL.
I'm pretty sure the closure line will be fluid as renovations proceed, and my first thought was underground utility work.
Regardless... I'm just glad something is happening on that end.
