It is almost certain “Coop” will end the season holding a number of offensive records for JSU. However that appears to be more a function of talent rather than scheme.
RPO does not match the skill set of our QB. He is, and always has been, a pro style QB. A great OC builds their scheme around the players, instead of forcing their players into a scheme.

A great OC builds their scheme around the players, instead of forcing their players into a scheme. My son's old high school team got a new coach this season. One of the first questions asked of him at his introductory press conference was, "What type of offense will you run?" His answer? "I don't know yet. I haven't seen my players." At that moment, I turned to my wife and said, "This guy knows what he's doing."

Pride goes before a fall.... Being hell bent on doing things your way and not adjusting never is a recipe for success.
We need an overhaul. I like Grass, but his time has passed and he is ultimately the one responsible. Greg needs to handle business, or he needs to be shown the door as well.
