The Gamecocks have landed a grad transfer from Prairie View A&M (and Wyoming before that). Jared Scott (6-6, 230) is a former 3-star athlete out of River Forest HS in Oak Park, Ill. He signed with Wyoming out of high school and played in 8 games his freshman year, catching 2 passes for 40 yards. He appeared in 11 games his sophomore year, but caught only one 17-yarder for the Cowboys. He transferred down to PVAMU for his junior year, and became a contributor for the Panthers, catching 11 passes for 262 yards, with two TDs. He should be a big target for the Gamecock QBs. Here's his highlight reel: youtu.be/3gMc4MeyGVI

If he only caught 11 passes there, we saw them all on the highlight reel. Lots of big plays for only 11 catches. I like the big body. We need it.

Wish the guy throwing him the ball in the Wyoming video would come to JSU, too.

Wish the guy throwing him the ball in the Wyoming video would come to JSU, too. Coop will need to tighten up on his intermediate to deep balls. No spraying and praying hoping the big guy can get under it.
