Nope, neither UAT nor FSU should have made it. Clown schools.

Nope, neither UAT nor FSU should have made it. Clown schools. I am Facebook friends with someone my wife marched with. She lives in Georgia. When UGA beat Bama in the title game a couple years ago she was all excited about it. This morning she posted how happy she was Bama lost last night. So I scrolled back in her feed a couple weeks. No mention of our bowl win and honestly don’t remember her ever posting anything about Jax State football. I guess Bama can afford Saban’s salary by not having to pay rent for living in her head.

Most here will never understand the attraction of not being a fan of your school. I enjoy watching football but have little to no preference to who wins if JSU or my high school is playing. Heck I dont even care in KSU, UAB or troy state games.
Did want Liberty to win to help the confernce image, self serving.

The Sugar Bowl confirmed to me that Penix is a monster QB. And it confirmed to me that Washington's defense isn't good enough to win the Championship.
Texas shot themselves multiple times in the foot (just like Bama) and was still in position to win at the end of the game (just like Bama).
I think Penix will probably throw for 400 yards against Michigan, but he won't see the end zone much. And Michigan's team is too fundamentally sound to make the same stupid mistakes that kept Bama and Texas from winning their games. It may not be pretty, but the Wolverines win the championship, 28-21.
UGA would've rolled both of these schools. I don't know what got into them against Bama in the SEC Championship Game. But they blew their chance at a three-peat with that loss. Sorry, Dawgs. No do-overs. You blew it.
If FSU wanted me to believe they had a legit right to that No. 4 playoff slot, they should've shown up against UGA. You can't use the "full strength" argument because UGA was far from full strength, and they still rolled you. So did their backups. And their third stringers. And their waterboys. But best of luck on your lawsuit with the ACC!

After multiple TOs, that's the most creative play Rees can dial up in that situation? Ummmpphhh.

If the snap lands in Milroe's hands, he hands off to the RB, who has a clear path to the end zone on the left and Bama wins. Since Milroe had to lunge for the bad snap, he had nowhere to go but forward, where none of his blockers were. And Michigan wins.

He tripped over the leg of the tackle ( I think) who had been pushed back.

I thought a score & extra point would only tie & send it to a 2nd OT?

FSU ended the argument and the ability to make jokes about the selection. No team, no matter what excuse, that loses by 60 deserves to be in any 4 team college playoff.

However the low snap negating whatever they were trying to pull off. Piss poor execution.

Depending on how the championship game turns out, Oregon may have the best argument against being excluded.

Depending on how the championship game turns out, Oregon may have the best argument against being excluded. Don't count out UGA. They looked spectacular in their dismantling of the great FSU Seminoles, despite missing multiple starters due to injury, the Portal, and players leaving early for the NFL Draft... It's safe to say both the Bulldogs and the Ducks performed better than most of the teams actually in the playoff.

I thought a score & extra point would only tie & send it to a 2nd OT? You are correct, sir. Honestly, having watched the entire painful game, I think Michigan would've won easily had it gone to a 2nd OT. Their offensive line was having its way with the Bama defensive front.
