I would love to see renderings of the final plans.

Sounds like there will be no proper seating only itchy ass aluminum bleachers. I'm curious about tables and chairs, what are these used for. And the aluminum platforms? Does anyone have more insight?

Does anyone have more insight? ibb.co/gWkgvLBThis was discussed in another thread. They are chairs and high boy tables immediately below the tents shown. Tents will be rented out as hospitality areas with the connected seating just below the tents.

I wonder what does one do to get a table and chairs? Purchase or just first come first serve?

Also that picture is crap you can't make any real detail about it and as I recall most of the info in that thread was speculation.

I'm also curious if they're going to put LED lights in and if they're going to put in a new field as well

The table and chairs would be seating for the people that have rented the tented area. Think of it as renting a suite for hospitality and it includes the seats. Will be a lower price point than the suites though.

Will be a lower price point than the suites though. It appears that we now prioritize the high end fan/corporation over regular maybe Blue collar fans. Perhaps this is a good idea financially but perhaps this is a reason why actual attendance is shrinking. Even with the move to CUSA and more people talking about Jax St fewer people attend games. But to be honest it's hard to want to watch a game from miserable seats, bad food, and in 95° heat. All for what is nearing the budget price of 100 bucks. What does it cost if a person wants a cooler spot a better seat and edible food?

Any amenity that we add will have someone complain about it if it costs more than the $12 ticket they are currently buying. Not sure what the new tented areas will cost yet, but it is definitely designed toward groups so therefore will not be an option for me unless I am invited by someone hosting in that area. If I lived locally, I could very well see me getting up a group of friends to pool together and get it for the season. Looks like each area will accommodate somewhere in the 8-12 people range. My best guess is it will be priced somewhere near club level - maybe a little lower on a per person basis. Just a guess though.

The ones with the least amount of sun will go first. To heck with the 50 yardline give me relief.

Thoughts on both - ROC and North stands of Stadium.
I hope the ROC Performance venue will be the appropriate size, with the necessary amenities and seating, for the events and performances for which it was originally planned.
I look forward to seeing the plans and the construction timeline for the indoor rehearsal site for the Southerners, ballerinas, indoor color guard, and indoor percussion that was originally pitched as part of the ROC and for which money was raised from donors.
I’m just glad we may finally have a usable visitors side come fall, and hope it will be an improvement over what we had prior to this multi year ordeal.
Go Jax State!!!
