The college football most of us have loved during our lifetime is 100% dead and gone. Hate everything about it. Nothing but a dollar means anything anymore. It’a pathetic.

It's a societal problem For the love of money is the root of all evil. Therefore let us look to our own lives and correct the downward slide of our way of life.

I don't know how well Mr. Snell performed this spring, but I'm far less troubled by a D-II guy coming in and leaving quickly than I am by a proven FBS player doing the same.
You can occasionally get lucky -- real lucky -- with D-II talent.
But it's a huge jump from that level to FBS. It's very possible Snell was facing the possibility of little (if any) playing time, and hit the Portal again in search of greener pastures.
Again, though, this is speculation. He could've been in line for a starting position and left once he proved he has the talent to make some of them dolla dolla bills.
Portal speculation sucks. We need a man on the inside.

Looking for his third school. Keep trying to find one you like I suppose. It's the Goldilocks syndrome... keep looking till you find the porridge & bed that are juuuuussttt right. Seriously, these players that hop around the country like rabbits from school to school demonstrate just how unimportant getting an actual education is. I get that for a lot of players, this isn't a new concept, but with the unlimited portal/NIL, it's now out in the open. I think only college presidents are still pretending, using the "student athlete" descriptor.

It's approaching semi pro sports so why not lose the academics entirely and lengthen the years you can play. Plus why not increase the size of the team by removing limits on scholarships. I'm sure there is a work around already in mind for this.

He spent a total of 3 months at East Carolina. Barely long enough to unpack.
